What is the maximum capacity of the ballroom?

The Grand Ballroom can accommodate 32 tables with 12 persons per table.

What is the handover time for the function?

Our standard handover time for ballroom set up and decorations is 17:30hrs.

The final choice of menu is required one month prior to event.

How much is the corkage fee?

Only extra bottles which are not committed on contract will be charged from HK$220 each.

Is a complimentary bridal suite provided in the bridal package?

Yes, one night bridal suite with honeymoon amenities will be included in the wedding package.

Could the bridal suite being upgraded?

Certainly. It can be upgraded to Penthouse suite with supplement subject to availability.

Does the hotel provide special room rates for my guests?

Yes, the hotel will provide special room rates but they vary among different booking seasons.

Yes, table linen in different colours will be available for your selection.

Yes, wedding ceremony service is included in our wedding lunch package.

Yes, a chauffeur and a decorated elegant car will be included.

Yes, a full set of tastefully designed invitation cards and location map will be provided (excluding printing service).

What is the deposit and payment policy?

  • First deposit - 30% of the minimum charge is required upon confirmation;

  • Second deposit - another 30% of the minimum charge is required three months prior to event

Does the hotel provide any valet parking?

Yes, they will be provided at hotel driveway.

What kind of AV equipments will be provided?

Will there be any minimum charge applied for the entire banquet?

Yes, a food and beverage minimum charge will be applied depending on your function dates.

Is it possible to arrange a poolside wedding?

Unfortunately, due to the size of the roof-top swimming pool and to avoid any disturbance caused to our in-house guests, we will not be able to accommodate any wedding function by the poolside.

Will personal cheque be accepted for final payment?

No, only bank draft, cash or credit card will be accepted for final payment on wedding day.
